Content License Terms

When you purchase Content from StockSpatial, you are purchasing a license — not the Content itself. The Contributor retains copyright ownership.
Standard License
Permitted Uses
- Websites, apps, social media, digital ads, presentations, e-learning
- Films, documentaries, commercials, YouTube, streaming, broadcast
- Corporate presentations, training materials, internal communications
- Personal, non-commercial projects
- Crop, resize, color-grade, composite, and modify as needed
- Use in multiple projects (no re-licensing required)
Restrictions
- No reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing as a standalone file
- No uploading to other stock footage platforms
- No use in templates/themes where Content can be extracted
- No AI/ML training use
- No trademark/logo use
- Physical reproduction limited to 500 units
Extended License
Includes all Standard License rights, plus:
- Unlimited physical reproduction (merchandise, packaging, prints)
- Products for resale where Content is integral to the product
- Large-scale broadcast exceeding 1 million viewers
- Theatrical/cinema release
Both Licenses
- Perpetual — no expiration once purchased
- Worldwide — no geographic restrictions
- Non-transferable — granted to the purchaser only
- Standard: up to 5 users in one organization
- Extended: up to 25 users in one organization
Prohibited Uses (All Licenses)
- Any use that violates applicable law
- Pornographic, obscene, or defamatory works
- Promotion of hatred, violence, or discrimination
- False implication of endorsement
- Connection with illegal activity
Attribution
Attribution is not required but is appreciated.

Download links are valid for 72 hours. A license certificate (PDF) is generated for each purchase as proof of your license.
